Dempsey Europe applies the following Dempsey Corporation policies:

 

1. Code of Conduct
Outlines the ethical principles and behavioral expectations for all Dempsey employees, partners, and stakeholders.

2. Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy
Establishes Dempsey's commitment to preventing bribery and corruption in all business dealings.​

3. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Policy
Affirms Dempsey's dedication to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment.​​

​

4. Supplier Code of Conduct
Sets the standards and expectations for ethical and responsible behavior among Dempsey's suppliers.

5. Whistleblower Policy
Provides a framework for reporting unethical or illegal activities within Dempsey, ensuring protection for whistleblowers.

A formalised Health and Safety policy and environmental policy specific to Dempsey Europe is currently under development.

​

The Dempsey Europe IT Charter is in place and applies to local operations.
