The Supplier Code of Conduct defines standards related to ethical behavour, social responsibility, respect for human rights, and transparency.

business practices through supplier relationships and ongoing oversight.
Community Engagement & Volunteerism
Dempsey Europe supports community initiatives aligned with its social responsibility values. In partnership with the International Solidarity Heroines foundation, an organisation
supporting women in vulnerable situations, Dempsey Europe made two donations to support their activities.
One contribution took place during the foundation’s Pink October event through the provision of gifts for participants. A second donation consisted of products distributed to shelters, including soaps, face creams, and Permimeno Zen powder.
Dempsey Europe also participated in the ODYSSEA charity run in 2024, supporting initiatives related to health and solidarity. Community engagement remains an integral part of Dempsey Europe’s broader ESG approach.
